Introduction

The debate of gender playing a dominant role in leadership continues. There may be some who see men as more dominant than women. However, we must always remember that no two people are exactly the same. Let us not forget that all women and all men should not be placed in the same category across the board. There really is a “thin line” between women and men who lead. When you look in the mirror and around your business, do you see the differences? If so, jot some of them down and examine. What are you typically assessing when doing so? Women must focus on self-awareness and honesty when it comes to assessing professional abilities. Build a network of women who can support your business to THRIVE.

Now, let us WomanUP and watch how your business will THRIVE!
