Dear Entrepreneurs and Aspiring Entrepreneurs, my name is Ravin Papiah, and I am your host for this Show !
Reading the Show’s name, you may be wondering why the Ravin Papiah Way, Right ?
Let me introduce myself and share with you some insights of my life path, including my career path and Sales Career path.
I was born a sick child and the doctors condemned me to a very short life. But my mother had other thoughts – she took great care of me and built me into a resilient boy despite my sickness and weaknesses. I eventually made it so far, and just turned 55 !
Because of my sickness, I was bullied at school and thus didn't have lots of friends at school and college. Added to that, I became a shy and ultra timid person, rarely speaking with strangers other than my close family members.
So, you may be asking how did i get into Sales then ?
Let me tell you that I have been an International Sales Champion with World Book International, USA for eight consecutive years, competing with other Consultants from countries like the USA, India, South Africa, the Philippines, Australia, UK, and many more amounting to over 120 countries. And let me also tell you that my country, Mauritius, is a small island in the Indian Ocean, with around 1.3 M people as total population. So, how come someone coming from such a small island can beat people from bigger countries to International Championship Awards ?
Well, it is a question of will, desire, hard work and most importantly KNOWING the WAY, and going the WAY ! And this is what we are going to cover during our coming 7 weeks of our show, as follows :
